DIRECT RUSH Warp-speed service. Immediate pick up with direct delivery. Downtown to Downtown in 20 minutes or less!
ECONOMY Least expensive service. Most deliveries completed within 3 to 4 hours.*
* Exact times are determined by our proprietary High Resolution Zoning System. Every address is assigned a zone, and every zone to zone combination has a corresponding delivery time commitment. Our customer service representatives can quote you this time when you place your order, or you can see it automatically when ordering online. JOB TRACKING FORMS
Breakaway specializes in providing service to mailrooms and office-services departments. Many of our clients have found our Package Delivery Request form and Package Delivery Log form to be useful tools in managing and tracking incoming and outgoing deliveries. Please feel free to download a generic version of these forms for your use. A customized version is also available upon request.
SPECIALIZED SERVICES
DAILY ROUTE(S) Bank runs, mail pick-ups/drop-offs, inter-office shuttles, or other deliveries that are required on a regular basis. We can schedule these to occur automatically according to your needs: daily, weekly, or another unique scenario.
PRE-SCHEDULED You can reserve a courier to be at a certain place at a certain point in time; any place at any time!
GIFTS, FLOWERS, AND FOOD We offer special rates and services for the delivery of gift baskets, flowers, and food. Please call us for more information.
DISTRIBUTIONS Special rates for press releases, holiday gift deliveries, invitations, thank you’s, and more. Simply fax or email us a list and we will quote you a price.
TRUCKING 14 foot to 26 foot trucks available with lift gate service for dock to dock and inside deliveries.
SPECIAL HANDLING If it can be delivered, we will deliver it. We have two-person crews equipped with moving blankets to handle sensitive materials. All packages are insured for up to $100 at no extra charge. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request.
WAREHOUSING Boston based warehouse location available for short and long term storage.
HIRED HAND Hard working helper(s) to move or assemble office furniture, wait at a home for the cable person to arrive - essentially do anything you could use some assistance with.
DEDICATED COURIER Breakaway can provide you with a dedicated biker(s) or vehicle driver(s) on an hourly or daily basis.
After hours service is available by calling 617/839-7468. After normal business hours, our phones are forwarded to a voicemail system that will give you the phone number of the on-duty dispatcher. You will also be provided with the opportunity to leave a message, in the event that you would like to schedule a job or request a callback for the following day.
