Van or Pickup Truck request $45.
Weight Charge for Inside Pick Up or Inside Delivery 27 cents per pound. No charge if less than 25 pounds.
Weight Charge for Dock to Dock Delivery 15 cents per pound. No charge if less than 25 pounds.
Excess Insurance 3% of declared value. $25 minimum. All packages insured for $100 at no charge.
